Raindrop Therapy – This is an intense aromatherapy treatment where specific oils (valor, thyme, oregano, fir, wintergreen, cypress, marjoram, peppermint, and a muscle relax blend) used in specific sequence are applied to the feet and back in order to increase toxin removal & increase circulation throughout your body.

Healing Touch Therapy - This is a gentle touch therapy using my special combination of cranial, visceral, lymph, aromatherapy, soft tissue massage, myofascial release, breathing, meditation, and anything else I have in my toolbox. Visceral Manipulation - VM is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body at releasing restrictions in and around your viscera (organs). Not only will your organs thank you, but chronic pain is likely to shift. More on VM.

Deep Tissue Massage - Release restrictions hindering mobility in your hips, back, shoulders, and neck. Increase flexibility, movement, and function. I use a variety of deep swedish, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques. This is specific work done for a specific purpose.

Myofascial Decompression Cupping - Suction cups are placed on congested areas of your body. The cups can be left in place for several minutes drawing toxins to the skin surface for release, or can be moved to decompress (lift) the top layers of fascia and muscle away from the deeper layers. Many athletes receive this treatment to help alleviate stiffness and tightness.
