I've always been fascinated in how people understand the human condition, and how these definitions influence our social, behavioral, mental, emotional and physical patterns.

After delving into the human psyche and social constructs, I felt as most behavioral scientists feel- depressed!

My desire to become a body worker came out of a need to have a healthy balance in my own life, increased stress management, and emotional healing. I never knew that healing could come through body work! To use my own renewal to facilitate this kind of healing in others is a great and awesome privilege.

I am a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2006. I am also Nationally Certified, NCTMB. I have received advanced level training in Hot Stone Massage, Body Treatments, CranioSacral Therapy, Trauma Touch Therapy, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Previous to becoming a massage therapist, I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, 2000, and worked as a crisis and mental health counselor.

I currently reside in Buena Vista, CO where I enjoy camping and hiking, snowshoeing, wildlife watching, and mountain living!
